About this activity

The Canyoning Grimsel tour begins at our adventure base near Interlaken. Here, you’ll gear up with neoprene, harness, life jacket, helmet, and shoes — then it’s time to set off. The scenic drive up to Grimsel Pass takes about an hour, offering beautiful views along the way. Once at the mountain pass, the adventure truly begins: you’ll abseil 50 meters down into the gorge, followed by thrilling jumps, natural rock slides, and a tyrolienne zipline that lets you leap straight into the crystal-clear water below. To top off an unforgettable day, enjoy a refreshing aperitif before we head back to Interlaken.

What to bring

Swimsuit (tip for the ladies: wear this under your comfortable clothes. You get changed in an open field at the canyoning site)
Towel
Money for photos and souvenirs
A light jacket or pullover. This canyon is located higher in the mountains and it can be chilly after the tour, especially in overcast weather. A jacket is not needed on hot summer days.
