Yes. Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All our tandem flights follow strict Swiss regulations, overseen by the Swiss Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (SHPA) on behalf of the Federal Office for Civil Aviation (FOCA). Our pilots are highly experienced professionals who’ve completed rigorous training and certification. We also use certified equipment that’s regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards—so you can relax and enjoy the ride with total peace of mind.

No, not at all. Carefully follow the instructions of your pilot to ensure a safe and smooth take off and landing.

Rain, wind, and poor visibility can impact our flights, but this is difficult to predict in advance. If we must cancel a flight due to unsafe conditions, we will do our best to rebook you to another date or time, or we will issue a full refund. We typically make our weather decisions close to trip time, as conditions change very quickly in our area.

You may change or cancel your paragliding flight up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight time to receive a full refund. If you arrive late or fail to show up, a refund will not be issued.

We will pick you up at the agreed meeting point. Transportation to take off in Beatenberg is included in the price.

Your pilot will prepare you for takeoff and walk you through the process step by step. With a quick countdown—1, 2, 3—and a few fast strides, you’ll be airborne! After an unforgettable flight with breathtaking views, you’ll enjoy a smooth landing on your feet at our landing area in Interlaken.

From April to October, we’re flying our summer paragliding trips. To make sure both the pilot and passenger take off safely, it’s important to stick to the following weight limits:

  • Maximum weight limit: 90kg / 200lbs
  • At 7:10, 8:10, 16:00, and 17:00, the limit is 80kg / 175lbs.

We may adjust the maximum weight based on the weather conditions.

From November to March, we’re running our winter paragliding flights. During this time, we often launch in snowy or light wind conditions. To make sure both the pilot and passenger can take off safely, please stick to the following weight limits:

  • Maximum weight limit: 90kg / 200lbs
  • At 8:30, 13:45, 15:00, and 16:00, the limit is 80kg / 175lbs

We may adjust the maximum weight based on weather conditions.

Our minimum age is 5 years. We ask that children under 30kg/66lbs fly before 11am. For guests over 65 years, please contact us before booking to discuss eligibility. All guests must be able to run a few fast steps at takeoff and land firmly on their feet.

You may use your camera/mobile phone at take off. For safety reasons, these devices may NOT be used during the flight. We make an exception for small compact cameras, which can be attached to your harness.

Your pilot will shoot photos and videos in HD quality during your flight. You may purchase the package for CHF 40 after landing. The data will be uploaded directly to your phone or copied to a USB Stick.

Dress according to the weather conditions. Wear sturdy shoes with sturdy soles (hiking shoes or sneakers). Even in summer a sweater or windbreaker can protect you from the wind. You may wear sunglasses during your flight.

Small bags and backpacks can be stored at the meeting point and picked up after landing. There is no storage available for large bags or luggage. Please leave large bags and suitcases at your accommodation, or in a locker at the train station.

We recommend spectators wait at our landing field. Non-flying passengers are not allowed to go to take off.

Provided that flight conditions are good, we fly all year round. We reserve the right to cancel in the case of bad weather (strong winds, storms, rain, heavy snowfall, low visibility etc.).
