We are happy that you want to share your best paragliding moment with us. By posting and using #SkywingsTrophy, you agree that you have read and understand this agreement.

Ownership

Skywings Adventures GmbH acknowledges that you own the rights to the content you are posting. You agree that you have full title and ownership of the content you are submitting. This includes all audio and visual aspects of the content.

Licence

You give Skywings Adventures GmbH and its partners the license to include, exhibit, display, re-share or distribute your content for any and all purposes, including commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to the promotion and advertising of Skywings Adventures GmbH and its partners.

Use

Tagging your content does not guarantee that Skywings Adventures GmbH will publish or use the content otherwise. Skywings Adventures GmbH may also use your content without further approval by you. Furthermore, not all content used by Skywings Adventures GmbH and its partners is eligible for compensation.

Compensation

Skywings Adventures GmbH will once a month select the content that is eligible for money-back. It is at the sole discretion of Skywings Adventures GmbH as to who is eligible to receive compensation. The maximum amount is CHF 170.00, equal to the price of our standard flight “The Golden Eagle”.

Payment

Payments will be made within 60 days from the date we receive your payment information. Skywings Adventures GmbH will contact you via the social media channel you posted the content on. We will make 3 attempts over a 60 day period to request your payment information so that we can make the payout for your contribution. If we do not reach you within this period, the right to payment will be forfeited.

Limitation of liability

In no event will Skywings Adventures GmbH be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to this agreement or Skywings Adventures GmbH’s use of the content submitted. Furthermore, Skywings Adventures GmbH’s liability to you is limited to the amount paid for “compensation” of a winning submission.
